Nice Original Caltrop (Kraaienpoot).
These caltrops were used by SOE-agents, resistance, army and police forces to stop vehicles from driving.
The sharp points and edges of the coltrop tore the tires so the vehicles were forced to stop.
Most likely produces by the Hembrug Company
